It's a bit cliché, but there has to be a better way. And with CellARide, Josh's idea was to simply text the vehicle instead of talking to a sales person.

2. PRODUCT

Also known as the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Josh utilized his Computer Information Degree to engineer the initial MVP offering at CellARide.

3. BUSINESS

This is the Proof Of Concept or Post Revenue stage. It's when Josh realized that he's not the only one who would use or buy the product.

4. COMPANY

Time to create your team and many "brain dump" sessions to follow. This is when Josh officially changed his title from Founder to CEO.

5. EXIT

An IPO or Strategic Acquisition is the most common. Josh's goal was to get CellARide as far as possible and sell it to a firm who can take it much further.
